Where we can deliver depends on the product:

The 26 other EU member states are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Together with Norway and Switzerland, we refer to these as "Europe" below. We do not currently deliver elsewhere. If your order contains an item we can't deliver to your country, checkout will not offer delivery for it; please contact us.

Delivery is free on every order to an address in the Republic of Ireland. UK and Europe rates apply to items that we deliver outside Ireland (see the table above).

Ireland: free delivery

·     Delivery is free on every order to an address in the Republic of Ireland.

·     Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within one working day. Orders placed at weekends or on Irish public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

·     Remote areas, offshore islands, severe weather or carrier disruption can occasionally add a day or two.

United Kingdom and Europe

·     Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within one working day, and delivery normally takes a few working days, depending on the destination.

·     There are no customs duties on deliveries within the EU.

·     For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland, import charges may apply depending on how VAT and customs are handled for your order. Where any such charges are not collected at checkout, they are payable by the recipient.

Items not currently in stock

Some products are shown as "Inventory on the way". If you order one of these, we will contact you with the expected dispatch date before it ships. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one.

Delivery problems

·     Damaged on arrival: please contact us at info@skillshop.ie as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

·     Late or missing parcels: if your parcel hasn't arrived within a few working days of the expected date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

·     Address errors: please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may charge the cost of re-delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate (other than the carrier), take physical possession of them.

Quote-only items, bulk and organisational orders

Some products (for example hospital and pre-hospital equipment) are supplied by quotation. Delivery, and any installation or training, are set out in your quotation. For larger quantities or agency orders (for example ambulance services, Gardaí, hospitals, schools, sports clubs or workplaces), contact info@skillshop.ie for pricing and delivery times.
